1. Formation
A quotation is an invitation to treat. A binding contract forms when we confirm availability in writing (or by equivalent electronic record) and you complete any deposit or balance required by the invoice schedule. Confirmations list inclusions, exclusions, fare rules, validity, and payment milestones. See also our Booking agreement.
2. Accuracy of information
You must ensure traveller names mirror travel documents exactly. Government entry rules, vaccinations, passports, ETA/visa regimes, and carrier conditions change independently of us — you are solely responsible for meeting them.
3. Pricing & fluctuations
Published and quoted prices move with airfare classes, hotel allotment, taxes, surcharges, exchange rates, and supplier rule changes until tickets are issued or hotel space is held as stated on your confirmation. Pass-through government or carrier surcharges after confirmation are applied only where law and supplier contracts allow; we flag material risks in writing when we can reasonably foresee them.
4. Third-party fulfilment
Carriers, hotels, insurers, and ground operators perform the underlying services under their own contracts and conditions. Disputes about flight delays, baggage, hotel standards, or carriage generally follow the relevant supplier’s rules and applicable international or national law; we help coordinate communications within reasonable commercial timelines.
5. Consumer complaints
Contact our Bangkok team promptly with supporting documents if delivery falls materially short — we escalate to carriers and hotels while regulatory time limits remain open. Nothing here limits statutory rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
6. Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. The header date shows the latest revision. Confirmed bookings are governed by the terms that applied at confirmation unless mandatory law directs otherwise.
