Agreement & acceptance

By using this website, requesting a quotation, or completing a reservation, you acknowledge that communications (including WhatsApp/SMS/email) form part of the record between you and Thailand Vibes. A binding reservation is confirmed only after we expressly confirm availability and you complete any required deposit or balance per your invoice schedule.

Reminder: itineraries are marketed for named passengers; transferable reservations only where suppliers allow.

Quotations & package content

Indicative prices on the site reflect published package economics but may fluctuate until ticketed or hotel space is expressly held for you. A formal quote states inclusions such as routing, cabins, baggage rules, transfers, nights, meals basis, resort fees payable locally — and exclusions you should budget for (visa, insurance, discretionary spend).

Payments & currency

We issue invoices denominated primarily in Thai Baht (THB) unless expressly stated otherwise at confirmation. Hosted payment workflows may settle through third-party gateways; receipts are surfaced in your account once funds clear. Charges from your issuer (FX, FX fees) are borne by you.

All reservations remain subject to availability. Suppliers can release inventory, reschedule services, or change conditions after you pay. Where a nominated hotel room category, flight, or transport cannot be honoured or secured as described, our team will contact you promptly. Where we cannot secure a materially equivalent arrangement you accept, you may cancel the booking and receive a refund of amounts paid for elements we cannot fulfil in line with applicable law and payment-provider rules — or we will offer reasonable alternatives (pricing, routing, timings, property grade) as agreed with you in writing before travel documents are issued.

A refund process may take up to 14 business days from when we initiate it; your bank or payment provider may add further processing time.

Changes & cancellations

  • Administrative or supplier fees may apply whenever names, routing, cabins, nights, parties, room types, meals plans, or ticketing classes change — we pass through only what airlines and hotels levy.
  • If you voluntarily cancel outside supplier grace periods, unused portions may be forfeited partly or wholly (including non-refundable airfare classes or promotional hotel allotments).

Flights & accommodation

Carriers dictate schedules and rule sets (rescheduling, vouchers, baggage, denied boarding remedies). Resorts may request security deposits / incidentals on check-in subject to resort policy — these are contractual between you and the property. Substitutions comparable in grade may occur subject to urgency and parity of experience.

Liability & travel insurance

We arrange travel services as an intermediary where applicable — responsibility for carriage and accommodation rests with the performing supplier. Comprehensive travel/medical/evac/repatriation cover is strongly recommended for all travellers. Force majeure events may delay or divert services beyond our immediate control — we cooperate to mitigate but cannot guarantee instantaneous alternatives.
